We take extraordinary pride in the fact that we have assembled one of the best teams in the business to manage and build a better way of life for our residents. We are growing rapidly, which would not be possible without our Properties Construction team, and we want to spotlight the variety of careers that you can find in multifamily construction at HHHunt.

Director of Development

Are you a genuine, motivated and driven leader? Then the Director of Development in Multifamily Construction may be the perfect role for you. This position is responsible for developing market rate apartment communities in the Southeastern United States. This role oversees the initial feasibility and zoning efforts of new projects, directs and manages the site and building design, and then supports HHHunt's Properties Construction and HHHunt's Apartment Living teams until the final lease-up. This position requires individuals who communicate well and value collaboration. The Director of Development will partner with different business areas to ensure that the project concept and design are consistent with the brand, from the initial land plan and building to the amenities and apartment home designs.

Pre-Construction Manager

If you are an analytical, organized and decisive communicator, you could make a great Pre-Construction Manager! Our Pre-Construction Managers coordinate all relevant teams during the pre-construction phase of our multifamily communities. The position requires solution-oriented team players with extensive knowledge of construction costs, specifically multifamily construction costs throughout the Southeastern United States. Specific responsibilities include the initial budget estimating process for the project, solicitation and evaluation of bids, and working with vendors to ensure a successful budgeting and buyout of a project.

Project Engineer

The Project Engineer role is vital to our team. It supports our Lead Superintendents, the Project Management Team, and the onsite construction superintendents. This position serves as the project management representative while onsite, as well as the onsite representative while in the office. A Project Engineer is someone who can multitask and coordinate the management of materials for the project, including unloading and delivering materials and confirming the accuracy of materials supplied. Additionally, this position is responsible for implementing project schedules while in the field to ensure schedule dates are on track.

Lead Superintendent

Lead Superintendents are the heartbeat of our multifamily construction operations. Lead Superintendents provide oversight of Assistant Superintendents to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. They will be further responsible for field oversight and implementation of quality of work standards, safety and management practices, and established company procedures. This significant role reviews the entire process of our multifamily construction projects from schematic to project completion.

Assistant Superintendent

Serving under the Lead Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents provide routine to moderately complex site management covering various aspects of multifamily construction with a specialization in Finish. This role is responsible for assisting the Lead Superintendent with on-field oversight, verification of quality work standards, and safety management to comply with established company procedures. This responsibility includes quality control and scheduling from drywall installation through mechanical and cosmetic punch list completion to the final clean and acceptance by our team at HHHunt Apartment Living.

Construction Assistant Project Manager

Our Construction Assistant Project Managers aid the Project Manager with the oversight and management from pre-bid to close-out to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. Specific responsibilities include solicitation of subcontractors and vendors during the bidding process, preparing subcontractor agreements and purchase orders, completing complex permitting efforts required for pre-construction activities, and more.
