HHHunt’s 2025 Employee of the Year Winners

Each year, through our peer-nominated Employee of the Year Awards, we honor team members who exemplify our brand promises and values while making meaningful contributions to their teams, communities and the company as a whole. This year’s winners were celebrated during a team luncheon on April 21. Winners by business area are listed below.

Becca McKinney | Construction Administrator

Becca McKinney is the 2025 Employee of the Year winner on our Communities, Properties Construction, Real Estate and Land Acquisition team. As a Construction Administrator, Becca plays a key role in coordinating and supporting construction operations. Over her four years with HHHunt, she has worked across teams to keep projects moving forward while fostering a strong, collaborative team environment.

Becca is the heart of our Properties Construction team. She is a problem solver, a leader and a trustworthy coworker we all rely on. If there’s a problem, Becca will solve it.

Becca works with multiple teams and is always willing to lend a hand or an ear. Her care for others makes the team a more enjoyable place to work, and she is deeply respected by everyone. Her absence is truly missed when she takes a day off (which is rare!).

As part of a small team, Becca has mastered the art of supporting both people and processes. She helps ease the burden when challenges arise and is always looking for ways to improve our capabilities and move the team forward.

Ryan Coombs | Area Construction Manager

Ryan Coombs is the 2025 Employee of the Year winner on our HHHunt Homes team. As an Area Construction Manager, Ryan brings six years of experience with HHHunt, leading and supporting the construction team while partnering across departments and working closely with homebuyers to ensure projects stay on track and challenges are handled with care and professionalism.

Larry Stokes | Service Manager

Larry Stokes is the 2025 Employee of the Year winner on our Apartment Living team and has been with HHHunt for 17 years. As Service Manager at Abberly Grove, Larry leads the maintenance team, partners closely with the leasing office and ensures the community operates at the highest standards.

Larry consistently gives 150% to every task while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude. No matter the complexity of the challenge, he remains calm and focused, creating a reassuring presence for both his team and residents.

Jennifer Cardenas | Director of Payroll & Benefits

Jennifer Cardenas is the 2025 Employee of the Year winner on our Corporate Services team, with 11 years of service at HHHunt. As Director of Payroll and Benefits, Jennifer leads critical payroll and benefits operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a seamless experience for team members while guiding the organization through complex regulatory changes and key initiatives.
