HHHunt Breaks Ground on $80 Million Apartment Community, Its First in Greensboro, NC

GREENSBORO, NC - HHHunt officially broke ground on Abberly Rise Apartment Homes by HHHunt on Thursday, August 27. Abberly Rise marks HHHunt's first apartment community in Greensboro, further expanding its presence in North Carolina.

The 288-unit community will be built on a 13-acre site with a development cost of $80 million. Abberly Rise will offer residents the convenience of being near Topgolf and within walking distance of Wendover Place, home to Target, Kohl’s, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less and a variety of restaurants. This prime location will put shopping, dining and entertainment just steps from home.

Construction is expected to be completed in November 2028. Pre-leasing is anticipated to begin in April 2027, with the first move-ins anticipated for August 2027.
