Richard Williams has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry including acute care hospital management and almost 20 years in senior living acquisition, development and operations management as well as government relations. He joined the HHHunt Team in 2007 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Senior Living Management where he is responsible for all aspects of daily operations including quality resident care, Regional and Community Leadership competency, regulatory compliance, legislative advocacy, programmatic development and adherence and financial viability for twenty two HHHunt owned and operated communities.
Prior to HHHunt, Richard was one of the founding members and Vice President of Operations for Southern Assisted Living (SALI) where he worked until 2006 when it sold to Brookdale Senior Living. Williams is the former president of NCALA and has been an active board member for over 12 years. Richard earned an MBA in Health Services Administration from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
