As Vice President of Land Acquisition, David Brunner is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of land acquisitions for Multifamily, finished lots for homebuilding and master planned communities across the HHHunt footprint.

As part of the HHHunt leadership team, David has over 25 years of real estate experience in retail, residential and mixed-use development. Prior to joining HHHunt, David was Vice President of Residential for Casto Southeast where he was involved with the acquisition, entitlement and development of more than 2,000 class-A residential units and over 1M square feet of retail. David graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Finance and Economics from the University of Florida.
