Jonathan Ridout, Vice President of Real Estate Development and General Manager of HHHunt Communities, joined HHHunt Communities in July 2005 as Project Manager. His responsibilities include the development of new communities and the implementation of plans for HHHunt’s current communities. He was directly involved in the development of the following master planned communities: Hickory Park Office Condos, Rutland, Charter Colony, Whitehall, Providence, Holloway, Westin Estates, and most recently, River Mill. He supervised the sales and construction of over 200,000 sq. ft. of office condo development in the Richmond Market. Jonathan worked with Henrico County to develop a public-private partnership agreement to build two new lanes of Woodman Road in the Richmond area. Additionally, Jonathan coordinated with Hanover County in 2009 to revamp their zoning ordinance, and with Chesterfield County in 2016 to evaluate and provide feedback on the new USPS Cluster Box Guidelines. Jonathan holds a BS from Virginia Commonwealth University in Urban Planning and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. He serves on the Board for the Home Builders Association of Richmond and the Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce.
