Hans Klinger is Vice President of Real Estate Development. He leads a team of Feasibility and Entitlement professionals to ensure suitable land is found and that all entitlements needed to put the land into production are in place for the construction teams. Hans joined HHHunt Corporation in 2000 as Project Manager and was promoted several times before being named to his current role. He was awarded Employee of the Year in 2002 and again in 2016. Prior to HHHunt, he worked as a transportation engineer - designing roads and highways in Virginia, Florida, Illinois, South Carolina, West Virginia, Mississippi and Utah.

Hans is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and received a BS in Civil Engineering, and Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. He holds an MBA from the University of Richmond. Hans is a long-time member of ULI and is active in the Home Builders of Virginia and Home Builders of Richmond. He is also a member of Leadership Metro Richmond class of 2018.
