First, let's take a look at the positions we have available in our apartment home communities. It takes a team to run an apartment community, so the ability to work together in a team setting is critical.
Starting with our Community Management team, which includes our Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager, this group of individuals is responsible for managing every aspect of a multi-million-dollar community. This work includes marketing the community, mentoring team members, solving problems and delivering the world-class customer service that HHHunt Corporation is known for.
Our Community Management team is here to make sure our residents love their apartment homes and apartment community. That means being willing to think outside the box and staying organized as requests come in the door. You will be entrusted with examining the community's finances to maximize profit while keeping expenses in line with your budget.
Our Community Management team is essentially our entrepreneur team. You will run your own business and have fun doing it.
Our Service Team is among the most critical positions in our apartment living communities. Consisting of a Service Manager, Service Technicians, Custodians and Groundskeepers, Service Team members interact with our residents daily to ensure that everything in their apartment home is running smoothly and efficiently.
HHHunt provides residents with fantastic service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and our Service Team is at the heart of making that happen. From fixing HVAC units to ensuring the grounds of our apartment home communities are beautiful and inviting. We want to provide a "Wow" factor for every guest or resident in our communities.
Service Team members must respond to various requests and work under pressure, but the reward is fantastic. Our residents constantly praise our Service Team members as the best in the business.
Are you interested in a career in customer service or sales? Our Leasing Consultant position might be the perfect fit for you! Leasing Consultants are our apartment living community ambassadors. They are usually the first people prospective residents meet when they visit one of our award-winning apartment home communities. A Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting guests on the phone or in person and building a relationship with them by understanding their apartment living needs.
Specific responsibilities include providing tours of our apartment home communities, answering questions, and helping guests find the perfect apartment. Leasing Consultants are skilled at customer service and making guests feel at home as soon as they walk through the door.
In addition to the up-front customer service aspects of the job, Leasing Consultants have the opportunity to continue to build on the relationships they have created with new residents. Tasks such as planning resident events, package acceptance and renewing leases are just a few of the ways these team members make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
The most important thing that many don't realize is that you only need a High School Diploma or equivalent to become a Leasing Consultant.
