HHHunt Unveils Rendering Video of The Aire’s First Amenity, The Draw

HHHunt Communities is excited to showcase the conceptual rendering video of The Aire’s first amenity, The Draw. From open play areas and wooded walking paths to upper and lower terraces, The Draw is being created to encourage community interaction. Its features include an open-air pavilion, two grill stations for casual cookouts and a putting green for golf enthusiasts. HHHunt Communities’ Zoning Case Approved

The Chesterfield County Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve the rezoning and conditional use request for The Aire at Westchester, a new mixed-use community adjacent to Westchester Commons along Route 60. This approval continues our long history of creating innovative, planned communities in the region, including Wyndham, Twin Hickory, Charter Colony and Rutland. The land is a joint venture, with GrayCo, and Henrico-based real estate company. 

Much has changed since the property was first rezoned in 2006 and The Aire at Westchester reflects those changes by offering a thoughtfully designed community that aligns with the needs of Chesterfield County’s growing population and supports long-term economic vitality.
