HHHunt Wins Rezoning Approval for Fifth Apartment Living Project in Charlotte, North Carolina

HHHunt Corporation announces that its Apartment Living division secured zoning approval last week from the City of Kannapolis Planning Department for a new 277-unit apartment living project to be called Abberly Edge. This is HHHunt’s fifth Charlotte, North Carolina-area apartment living project. Others include Abberly Woods in northwest Charlotte, Abberly Green in Mooresville, Abberly Liberty Crossing in Huntersville, and Abberly Commons in east Charlotte.

Lance Goss, Senior Vice-President of HHHunt Apartment Living, told the Charlotte Business Journal in an interview last week:

"The whole Charlotte metro area is just an area that we continue to have a focus on. This particular location, the first time I drove there, I was like, 'We've got to have this site.' It's awesome. This is exactly where people want to live. It is so easy to get to I-85. It checks a lot of boxes."

Construction is expected to begin in 2026.
