As Chief Human Resources Officer, Kelly Rosato serves on the executive leadership team as a partner in defining and developing the strategic direction for HHHunt. Kelly joined HHHunt as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in August of 2016 and led our Human Resources team in the design and implementation of programs that have improved our entire employee experience. Kelly’s focus on our business led to the creation of our Talent Acquisition Team and our Business Partner Model which connects a Human Resources partner to each business team for improved proactive planning and guidance. Kelly and her team also developed our C-me program, a forward-thinking approach to team member performance that has recently been recognized by national Human Resources organizations. It focuses on the development of our team members through regular conversations that relate to company goals, brand promises and values.
Kelly has a wealth of expertise and experience leading human resources functions from previous roles in large, dynamic organizations such as Ingersoll-Rand and Capital One. She has a passion for positive change and developing people and works collaboratively with leaders to help our company live its employee-centered brand promises.
Kelly graduated from Pfeiffer University with degrees in English Literature and Business Administration and received her master’s in human resources from the University of South Carolina. She has been a member of the Society of Human Resources for many years and has her SHRM-SCP certification.
