As the Chief Financial Officer for HHHunt Jim Crowder directs the accounting and financing needs for the entire range of HHHunt’s corporate finance and accounting functions across all business lines. Crowder works with all divisions to ensure debt and equity are available for new investment opportunities. He oversees the corporate cash flow and advises the CEO and COO regarding capital investments to support the company’s growth while providing strategic direction for financial commitments.
Jim joined HHHunt in 1998 as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for the Homebuilding, Golf and Master-Planned Communities Divisions. His experience includes 28 years in finance, real estate development and the construction industry.
Jim graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Economics and he also attended Mortgage Banking School.
