HHHunt Invests in Cutting-Edge Technology to Support Residents and Team Members

Technology continues to change rapidly and impact every part of our lives. That’s why HHHunt is making new and substantial investments in cutting-edge technology and tools to improve the lives of our residents and support the success of our team members.

HHHunt has prioritized this type of forward thinking and collaboration for more than 50 years. These two values are crucial to our success and growth. Likewise, two of our key brand promises are to be customer focused and employee centered.

Recent investments in technology for our Apartment Living and Senior Living communities highlight these Values and Brand Promises.

HHHunt Apartment Living and ADT Partner on Smart Home Tech

More than 7,700 HHHunt apartment homes will receive a new smart home technology package as part of a new partnership with ADT, a leading provider of security, automation and smart home solutions. ADT and HHHunt Apartment Living will work together to install smart hubs, smart locks and smart thermostats in existing and new apartment homes. Plus, these systems will integrate into our property management software to help our teams support their residents more efficiently. ADT’s integration with our property management software, Yardi, will also streamline residents’ move-in and move-out process and reduce the time required for property maintenance requests.

HHHunt’s Spring Arbor Senior Living communities first introduced K4Connect technologies in 2017. Since then, hundreds of residents, their loved ones and our team members have benefitted from responsive environments enabled by smart home automation, connected experiences through digital content and communications, and improved engagement with community activities and people. This technology has been so successful that earlier this year, we expanded our partnership with K4Connect to introduce new voice technologies. These new tools will provide Spring Arbor residents and team members access to voice-activated control of smart home features, community content, and daily activities. Voice technology offers many exciting opportunities for senior living communities. It’s especially powerful for residents with visual and/or mobility impairments.
