As an engaged community partner, HHHunt believes it is important to positively impact the communities where we live and work. These efforts are part of our commitment to fulfilling our vision of improving the world and how people live. Recently, team members from HHHunt Homes of Hampton Roads and Richmond spent their Day of Service supporting Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg.
Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Habitat’s vision of creating “a world where everyone has a decent place to live” aligns perfectly with HHHunt’s vision, which is why we announced a corporate partnership with Habitat in 2018.
As part of their Day of Service, our HHHunt Homes team members helped construct a Building on Faith home for a deserving family in Hampton, VA. The team performed a wide variety of tasks, including framing, erecting exterior walls, attaching house wrap, and more. Additionally, team members spent time volunteering at the Williamsburg ReStore!
