The news is out! HHHunt is growing our apartment living, new homes, and master-planned community offerings across Virginia and North Carolina. Since our company’s founding in 1966, Harry H. Hunt, III committed to re-investing 90 percent of HHHunt’s profits back into the company. We continue that strategy today and are excited to share all the new projects we have in store for the remainder of this year into 2022.
Expanding Our Apartment Living Opportunities in Charlotte and Raleigh Markets
HHHunt has a long history in North Carolina. Since the 1980s, we’ve grown into one of the largest apartment living providers in the state. We are continuing to expand our presence in North Carolina with four new communities. At the end of 2020, HHHunt broke ground on a brand-new apartment community in Charlotte, North Carolina. Abberly Liberty Crossing will include 320 one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes with a wide array of amenities. The community will offer luxury living with fresh designs and finishes.
This month, we will be breaking ground on Abberly Commons in Charlotte and Abberly Alston in Cary. Both communities will include one- and two-bedroom apartments that offer luxury living, such as Shaker style cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood style flooring. As a result of HHHunt’s partnership with ADT, all new apartment homes will feature an assortment of integrated smart home technology including smart hubs, smart thermostats and smart locks giving residents access to the latest in smart home security technology.
Abberly Royal Creek in Fuquay-Varina is also scheduled to break ground soon. The community will boast lots of amenities tailored to residents and their pets. For example, the community will feature an outdoor pet park, pet spa and pet lounge. The pet lounge is connected to the pet spa and is a space for residents and their pets to hang out and socialize inside. It’s designed just for pets!
New Home Opportunities in Hampton Roads and Raleigh
HHHunt Homes is growing its presence in Hampton Roads and Raleigh as well! In addition to our two previously announced communities, Maidstone Village in New Kent County and our new condos at Quarterpath in Williamsburg, we are also building five new home communities in Suffolk, Virginia. Oyster Pointe at Eclipse, Towne Creek, Reids Place, Edgewater, and Creekside Reserve will offer nearly 400 new townhome or single-family home opportunities in the region. In Raleigh, North Carolina, our new Dayton Woods community featuring Smart Living Collection homes is selling fast! These beautiful, large wooded homesites offer easy access to downtown Raleigh. Three New Master-Planned Communities in Richmond Region
HHHunt Communities will be developing three new master-planned communities in the Richmond, Virginia region over the next several years. Charter Colony West is a return to our award-winning community, Charter Colony. This expansion includes 495 new homes as part of individual villages. Future homeowners will be full members of the Charter Colony Foundation with the opportunity to enjoy existing parks, trails, pools, clubhouses, a sport court, an amphitheater, sand volleyball court and frequent community events.
The Aire at Westchester will present as an upscale, timeless destination that is also approachable andattainable. This unique community is sure to become one of Richmond’s most sought-after places to live, work and play. Th Aire will have something for everyone, with a total of 2,215 residential homes including apartments, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes.
The Pointe At Twin Hickory is conveniently located in Glen Allen, Virginia and planned to offer 105 condominium homes at the corner of Twin Hickory Lake Dr. and Pouncey Tract Road. Future homeowners will enjoy community amenities including walking trails, tennis courts and nearby dining and shopping.
