Over the past 54 years, we found that investing in our people results in better products and services and we are proud to announce our Employee of the Year winners. Each year, we recognize team members from each of our divisions for representing our Brand Promises and Values. The winners are:
HHHunt Apartment Living: Melinda Dunford, Area Community Manager
Melinda began her career with HHHunt in 1997 as a Leasing Consultant for Foxridge Apartment Homes in Blacksburg, Virginia. She quickly rose through the ranks becoming a Property Manager. Today she manages our Foxridge and Abberly at Twin Hickory communities representing over 2,100 apartment homes. In addition to her job responsibilities, Melinda is a big believer in giving back to the community. She is actively involved with the United Way of the New River Valley, a long-standing member of the American Business Women’s Association, and has served as President of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. She is a dynamic and inspiring member of the HHHunt Apartment Living team.
HHHunt Homes: Justin Cullivan, Director of Construction
Justin joined HHHunt Homes several years ago and is a caring and supportive leader. He strives to keep our customers and trade partners happy. One of his many contributions to HHHunt is the team atmosphere he promotes. He creates an environment that encourages his team to work together and help each other when needed. His dedication to HHHunt, its customers AND team members is a true demonstration of how much he really cares about our company. Justin is a true asset to HHHunt.
HHHunt Communities, Business Development, Properties Construction, and Golf: Zac Ford, Assistant Golf Pro
After graduating from JMU, Zac Ford decided to pursue a career in the golf industry. He grew up playing golf between Hunting Hawk and Richmond Country Club. Since joining Hunting Hawk, Zac brings a positive attitude and a big smile to our members, customers and team members each day. His leadership skills shine as he teaches golf to adults and juniors, organizes tournament and outings, and helps to expand our membership program. Zac is definitely helping to keep Hunting Hawk a preferred and respected golf facility in the Richmond community. We are all proud to have Zac Ford as a member of our HHHunt team.
HHHunt Corporate Services: Cindy Hale, Director of Human Resources
Cindy has been a member of the HHHunt Human Resources team for many years. Her approachable nature and infectious smile make her a natural fit for this role. Team members are quick to note that Cindy always makes herself available and will work through any issues that need to be addressed. She follows through on everything that she says she will do and does so in a professional manner. Cindy is a significant reason why HHHunt is one of the best places to work.
