April is a month filled with holidays and recognitions, but one of the top reasons we love this month is because April is Apartment Careers Month. Our Apartment Living team members are helpful, engaging, and enthusiastic! We love to celebrate them and are grateful for their commitment to the residents. Coming home to a friendly, inviting and fun team at your apartment community can brighten your day. We believe it’s how you live that matters and our team’s dedication and responsiveness are two ways that they improve the lives of our residents and their communities.
The apartment industry is a thriving sector that helps almost 39 million renters find and live in apartments and rental homes, according to the National Apartment Association. Did you know that the apartment industry supports 12.3 million jobs? That’s not the only benefit of the apartment industry because apartments and the people who live in them contributed $3.6 billion to the economy. That’s a huge impact and we are so honored to be a part of this industry that creates places of great distinction so many people call home.
