We are proud to announce that HHHunt has begun construction on its newest apartment living community in Garner, North Carolina! Abberly Solaire will consist of 282 units with easy access to bustling downtown Raleigh.
Abberly Solaire will be developed on a 24-acre site and represents a $43.3 million investment in the Triangle region. This new apartment community is expected to open in summer 2019 with pre-leasing beginning in winter 2019. Abberly Solaire’s one and two-bedroom apartment homes will include a number of upscale features including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, oversized garden tubs and more.
The community will place great emphasis on luxurious amenities such as Adrenaline cardio and strength studios, fitness on-demand classes, a lounge with pool tables and classic arcade games, a demonstration kitchen, media lounge, coffee bar, Solaire Park with natural greenspace and covered seating and a large dog park.
