HHHunt 2016 Preview: Spring Arbor Senior Living

Spring Arbor Senior LivingWelcome back to the third blog post in our HHHunt 2016 Preview Series. It’s been a great couple of weeks looking at the major successes and accomplishments in our  Apartment Living division and Communities division. Last year was a time of exciting growth and we’re looking forward to all of the new projects planned in 2016 for Spring Arbor Senior Living!

Just as your family makes a house a home, our family of dedicated professionals makes Spring Arbor a place where our residents feel loved like an extension of family.  From Residential Assisted Living to Alzheimer’s Care, our Spring Arbor team members nurture each resident’s independence by promoting dignity and choice within a setting of compassionate care.

Spring Arbor Senior Living - Severna ParkSpring Arbor currently has 21 assisted living and memory care communities across North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland.  With more than 1,600 residents, Spring Arbor is one of the largest senior living providers in the country and provides an unmatched and unparalleled quality approach to senior living care. A major highlight from this past year was the opening of Spring Arbor of Severna Park, HHHunt’s first Spring Arbor community in Maryland, and the groundbreaking of Spring Arbor of Salisbury Memory Care Cottage, HHHunt’s first standalone memory care community!

We’re proud to announce that even more growth is planned for 2016! HHHunt is currently building two memory care cottages in North Carolina – Spring Arbor of Durham and Spring Arbor of Albemarle.

This is an exciting year for Spring Arbor as the division is also planning to grow with five new communities in Maryland and North Carolina. Once complete, these new communities will add 512 new residents to the Spring Arbor family.

We’re so proud of all that HHHunt’s Spring Arbor communities have accomplished and thank you to everyone who has contributed to our vision of improving the world and how people live. Stay tuned for next week’s blog post, which will focus on the 2016 growth of HHHunt’s Homes division. At HHHunt, it’s how you live that matters!
