Heroes Work Here: Join The Spring Arbor Family

Did you ever dream of becoming a superhero when you were young? Now is your chance! Our Spring Arbor Senior Living communities are looking for new team members in Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. Since 1992, HHHunt has provided seniors with outstanding assisted living and memory care services. Residents enjoy a lifestyle focused on wellness with on-site therapy and a full schedule of activities enabling them to live life to the fullest. The best part is that one of HHHunt’s Brand Promises is to be Employee Centered, and we are committed to empowering employees by creating a positive work experience for everyone.

Here are some of the top positions we are currently seeking:

CNA/Med Tech

CNA/Med Techs are responsible for managing the medication administration program in accordance with state regulations. They direct Resident Assistants (RAs) and help coordinate services to residents under the direction of the Resident Care Coordinator. The CNA/Med Tech will work closely with team members, families and residents to develop positive relationships on behalf of the Spring Arbor and HHHunt.

Certified Nurses Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)

Resident Care Partners create positive and homelike environments for residents living in our Memory Care Cottage communities. This includes supporting residents’ daily care and social needs in addition to maintaining a clean and organized household. Successful resident care partners work with residents and team members to provide resident-centered administration of medications and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility and incontinence care.

Food Service Servers

Food Service Servers are responsible for providing accurate and timely food service to residents and guests in a polite and professional manner while complying with company policies, state and local regulations, and maintaining dietary equipment in a safe and sanitary manner. Servers will ensure the prevention of foodborne illness and the spread of communicable diseases through proper food handling and by promptly clearing tables.

The ongoing health pandemic means that caring for seniors in our local communities is now more important than ever. We invite you to come experience why Spring Arbor Senior Living has provided award-winning care for nearly 30 years. At HHHunt, we believe it’s how you live that matters, and we look forward to you joining our team.
