Summer Movie Series at Wescott
Wescott in Midlothian, Virginia is our master-planned townhome and condominium community offering urban style living with amazing amenities. This year, the community will be hosting a Summer Movie Series once a month at the community amphitheater. Homeowners can vote to choose each month’s movie to enjoy under the stars. We will have popcorn and treats for homeowners!
Pool Party at Abberly Avera
This past Saturday, Abberly Avera Apartment Homes in Manassas, Virginia hosted a resident pool party. Abberly Avera offers new apartments in Northern Virginia featuring amenities from resort-inspired outdoor relaxation areas to technology-powered indoor entertainment options. The community has a vibrant social scene, and this was one of the first times residents could gather since the pandemic.
Music in the Mill
Music in the Mill is our 2-hour long, Friday night concert series at Mill Square Park in River Mill located in Glen Allen, Virginia. River Mill has quickly become one of the most sought-after master planned communities in the Richmond region. Offering a wide array of outdoor-focused amenities including walking trails, hammock garden, outdoor pavilion, pool and more, River Mill is the first Active RVA designated community in Richmond. Homeowners will enjoy a food truck, live music and socializing with yard games on the lawn.
Sips and Snacks Happy Hour at Abberly Market Point
Abberly Market Point Apartment Homes in Greenville, SC will be hosting a Sips and Snacks Happy Hour this week for residents. Each resident will receive a special happy hour gift for registering, and we will be collecting pop tabs from cans to benefit Ronald McDonald House. This is just one more way our team is living our Brand Promise of being an Engaged Community Partner. Abberly Market Point features stylish architecture with an exceptional mix of amenities, distinctive interiors featuring and designer touches.
