Melony is a shining example of HHHunt’s vision, mission and brand promises and values. She is the face of our culture with new Homes team members, ensuring that each has a positive, consistent onboarding experience and is acclimated and understands the culture from day one. Melony is highly trusted and respected by her teammates and colleagues. She easily builds trust by creating relationships, being honest and following through on her promises. Melony is also highly collaborative, giving her time to improve the learning opportunities for all team members. She has joined in facilitating New Team Member Orientation in the new virtual format, showcasing and representing our Homes division to others throughout HHHunt.

Meg has been an exceptional leader for the Genesis Community Management team through the very unusual circumstances of 2020. Through her dedication to teamwork, continual efforts to encourage virtual togetherness and provide a safe environment of support, our team has become even more connected. Although we faced great challenges last year with COVID-19, under Meg’s leadership, our management and lifestyle efforts provided unprecedented service to all HHHunt communities, which in turn spread a positive message of hope and encouragement to residents.
Cara Munsey, Marketing Account Manager
Cara is the definition of a TEAM player. She proves this day in and day out as she bounces from meeting to meeting with multiple departments throughout our company. She organizes and stays on top of all tasks and is the liaison to multiple teams. She also volunteers to collaborate and help team members daily. Cara’s positive attitude is reflected with anyone she works with. With the past year being not what anyone anticipated, she came at it with a ‘can do’ attitude and it shows.
