As 2020 comes to a close in a few days, we thought it would be fun to look back at some of the high points from this past year. There is no other way to say it – the past twelve months have been unprecedented, but there were some amazing highlights as well. Here are five of our favorites:
Four New Apartment Communities in North Carolina
Earlier this year, HHHunt announced four new apartment living communities in North Carolina. Abberly Solaire in Garner, Abberly Alston in Cary, and Abberly Liberty Crossing and Abberly Commons both in Charlotte, reflect our commitment to continuously innovating and growing to better serve residents throughout the mid-Atlantic. Each of these communities will feature a world-class amenities package and spacious apartment homes.
New Richmond-Region Master Planned Communities
At HHHunt, we believe it’s how you live that matters, and our vision is to improve the world and how people live. That is why our HHHunt Communities division has launched three new master-planned communities in the Richmond area. Wescott, Rutland Grove, and Mosaic at West Creek offer homeowners everything they expect from HHHunt including world-class amenities such as walking trails, pools and clubhouses.
Developer of the Year
We are so proud of our amazing team members and their incredible contributions to our company and our communities. We believe our teams are outstanding, and it is wonderful when others agree. HHHunt was recognized by the Home Building Association of Richmond with five awards at the annual Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards including being named Developer of the Year.
Employees of the Year
Each year, we recognize our team members who go above and beyond by living our Brand Promises and Values every day. This year’s winners included: Melinda Dunford, Area Community Manager for HHHunt Apartment Living; Justin Cullivan, Director of Construction, HHHunt Homes; Zac Ford, Assistant Golf Pro, Hunting Hawk Golf Club; and Cindy Hale, Director of Human Resources, HHHunt Corporate Services.
