The Richmond Times-Dispatch and Workplace Dynamics selected HHHunt as one of Richmond's Top Workplaces as part of their Sterling Workplace Awards program. The competition was open to any private, public, government and non-profit employers in the Richmond metropolitan area.
The Times-Dispatch teamed with Workplace Dynamics, a suburban Philadelphia-based company that has conducted workplace surveys for dozens of other newspapers across the nation. Workplace Dynamics had employers participate in a comprehensive survey including having employees completing a short survey about their workplaces. Employers who scored the highest locally, while meeting national benchmarks as well, made the selected list. Many factors were considered including how engaged employees were, how employers encouraged community involvement and how businesses promoted diversity.
