
60th Diamond Celebration FAQ

A: Thursday, September 17th from 6pm to 10pm
A: Founders Hall in Charlotte, North Carolina
A: All HHHunt team members are invited and are welcome to bring a guest.
A: The event is to celebrate the 60th Diamond Anniversary of HHHunt.
A: No. Attending the event is voluntary.
A: Attire for the event is formal (black tie is optional)
A: Yes! There will be multiple, interactive food stations with plenty of upscale food options to suit any palette and dietary needs! There will be open bars located throughout the event.
A: No. Team members and their guest will be responsible for their own transportation.
A: This is a voluntary event and mileage will not be reimbursed, however, to help defray the cost of transportation, a $50 gas card will be given at the event to each team member that attends.
A: Cost of the event, including food and beverage, one-night hotel stay near Founders Hall and parking will be covered by HHHunt.
A: Please consult your manager. As a voluntary event, if you choose not to attend, you are expected to work your regular shift or use vacation time.
A: Yes! You are welcome to spend the weekend in Charlotte at your own expense, and you may need to use vacation time for that Friday. Hotels will be made available at the group rate should you choose to stay additional nights. Charlotte’s got a lot of great attractions! Stay tuned for additional details and information on things to do nearby.
A: We have partnered with EventMobi to provide a reservation website and an event app for a seamless, all-inclusive, go-to experience for everything event related! Please note that you may be asked to provide a personal credit card during reservation. This card is for incidentals only and you will not be charged for the room.
